Rules of the Contest- · Any restaurant in Knoxville/Knox County can participate
- · Restaurants are allowed to offer a small discount or freebie to encourage voting, but it isn't required
- · Individuals can vote for up to 10 restaurants, as tracked by their mobile number.
- · Multiple votes for the same restaurant from the same mobile number will be counted as only 1 vote. This is to prevent "ballot stuffing" by enthusiastic fans of any competing restaurant.
The Knoxville Top 10 Restaurant Contest will run from September 15th to October 15th.
